Orders and dispatch
Within 1 minute you will receive the e-codes to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. Always check your spam folder if the codes have not arrived after 10 minutes.
Within 48 hours of ordering, we will dispatch the stickers with track & trace so that you can see exactly when they arrive.
If the EAN codes don’t work, you get your money back, stickers we make to measure so you don’t get a refund for this.
You can view and download your invoices in your personal account.
We use a professional payment provider, mollie, to process all our payments, we do not store any payment details.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the delivery address for you. Please contact our customer service.
Check the track and trace code to see the status of your order. If this has not changed after 7 days, please contact customer service so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping company.
